The Ping Pong Flight

The Ping Pong Flight is an often overlooked event in the history of aviation. Harry Richman and Dick Merrill set off on the first two-way Atlantic Flight in September 1936. The flight returned via Southport beach and this exhibition depicts the main incidents which took place during the journey.
